CELTIC FC PLAY ON PITCH PRIZE DRAW | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion plc ("JD Sports"), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD Sports is the promoter of this prize draw. This promotion is not affiliated with Celtic Football Club, nor is it endorsed by Instagram.
1. What can you win?
There will be five (5) winners who will each win:
The chance to take part in a seven-a-side football game at Celtic Park, Glasgow, G40 3RE (for themselves and three (3) companions) on Wednesday 22nd May (the "Event"). Winners (and their companions) will also receive a Celtic Football Club kit which will be provided at the Event.

The Prize is subject to availability and may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e., JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not available or claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
Prize tickets are personal to the winner [and is subject to further separate ticket terms and conditions and it is responsibility of the winner to adhere to these terms and conditions]. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). JD Sports reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
2. What is excluded from the Prize?
It is the winners' responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including but not limited to any and all travel, accommodation and refreshment costs (other than as included in the Prize).
3. Who can enter?
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a resident of England, Scotland, or Wales.
JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners and their companion (if applicable) to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx)), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
4. How to enter
Entrants can enter the prize draw by completing the online sign-up form during the Entry Period (set out in clause 5) by entering their details. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet.
5. Opening/Closing Times
The prize draw will commence on 8th May 2024 at 12:00pm (UK time) and will end on 15th May 2024 at 12:00pm (UK time) (the "Entry Period"). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
6. How are winners selected?
All entrants who have made a valid entry following the "How to enter" steps above will be placed into an electronic random name generator by JD Sports' staff with the winners selected at random. Winners will be notified via email by 16th May 2024. This email confirmation must be shown on entry to the Event.
In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within two (2) calendar days, JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).
7. Winners' Responsibilities
It is the winners' responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
8. Personal information
By ticking the appropriate opt in boxes you agree that you will be opted in to receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates). JD Sports will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the prize draw. We may also use your personal data to tell you about JD Sports (and JD Sports affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. 9. Publicity
By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports' request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants' consent.
JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
10 . Which law applies to this promotion?
This prize is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
