Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, JD Sports Fashion plc ("JD Sports"), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD Sports is the promoter of this promotion, which is run in conjunction with Nike Inc.
This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or TikTok.
1. What can you win?
There will be one (1) winner who will win:
- Two (2) general admission tickets to Liverpool FC vs Manchester City football game on Sunday 10th March at 15:45. The seats will be located on the corporate side, near the halfway line.
- Accommodation in Liverpool for two (2) people. The hotel shall be chosen and booked by JD Sports.
- Two (2) train tickets return travel to Liverpool from a train station in the UK, such tickets will be booked by JD Sports.
- Shopping experience at JD Sports, Liverpool One to the value of two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) (Liverpool One, 4 Paradise Street, Liverpool L1 8J). The date and time of the shopping experience shall be decided by JD Sports.
Together, the "Prize".
The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
Prize tickets are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). JD Sports reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
JD Sports will ask the winner where they are travelling from and JD Sports will book return train tickets for the winner and their companion from the winner's local train station.
2. What is excluded from the Prize?
It is the winners' responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. Refreshments are not included in the Prize.
3. Who can enter?
Entrants (and their companion) must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. Entrants must agree to participate in JD Sports filming, and for this to be shared across all JD Sports and Nike marketing channels. Entrants must agree to the filming schedule provided by JD Sports and be at set locations to be filmed during the course of the match.
JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners (and their companion) to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
4. How to enter
Entrants can enter the promotion by:
1. Signing up to be a Nike Connected Member at JD Sports;
2. Visiting the Nike Membership Rewards Hub on the JD Sports app, and completing the details requested as part of the entry form; and
3. Submitting the entry from.
Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
5. Closing Times
The promotion will commence on Monday 12th February at 08.00am UK time and will end on 26 February 2024 12.00pm (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
6. How are winners selected?
Winners will be selected at random by random name generator and contacted by phone, using the number provided in the entry form. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themself). The winner will be notified via phone, and will be expected to answer to confirm their acceptance of the prize. If a selected number does not answer, this process will be repeated with the next randomly drawn winner.
JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.
7. Winner's Responsibilities
It is the winner's responsibility to: : (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion if requested; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Winners and their companions acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full terms and conditions of the ticket provider and event organiser which forms part of their Prize. Such terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time and may include the requirement for ticket holders to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card) upon entry to the match to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on their ticket. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions may result in refused entry to the match or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.
During the match all attendees agree to act responsibly and sensibly at all times, and will comply with all rules, directions, guidance and safety warnings of the venue, which can be viewed on the venue's website, and the venue reserves the right to remove any person or refuse any person entry to match regardless of whether they have a valid ticket. If a ticket is declared void or if a ticket holder is refused admission or removed from the venue because of a breach of the ticket terms and conditions or breach of the terms and conditions of the venue, no money shall be refunded.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for:
a. death or personal injury caused by your or our negligence; or
b. your or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above paragraph (limitation of liability), all match attendees hereby acknowledge that JD Sports has no association with the venue and acknowledge and confirm that they have no claim or right of action of any kind, arising in any capacity or in any jurisdiction, against JD Sports or any of its officers or employees in respect of their admission, attendance or experience at the event, including claims for personal injury, or for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of their property or belongings.
Subject to liability which cannot be limited (as set out above), to the extent that any claim or right of action exists or may exist as a result of your attendance at the match, you agree to irrevocably waive such claim and release and forever discharge JD Sports, its officers and employees from all and any liability in respect of it.

You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained in the promotional emails. 9. Publicity
By taking part in the promotion, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports' request if they are a winner of the promotion. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants' consent.
JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10 . Which law applies to this promotion?
This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
